Moving Mountains Homeschool Co-op is a parent-led, Christ-centered enrichment community where families learn, serve, and grow together. Our co-op thrives because each family contributes their time, gifts, and strengths to create a meaningful experience for all students.
This is a parent-led, Christ-centered enrichment co-op.
Parents volunteer and rotate teaching or assisting.
Classes are not curriculum-based — they are enrichment-focused, hands-on, and interest-driven.
Families participate together, and community is built through shared responsibility.
Parents play an active role in our co-op. Each family serves by teaching a class, assisting another parent, or helping with support roles such as setup, cleanup, or snack supervision. No one teaches alone—every class has both a lead and a helper. Parents stay on-site during the co-op morning and are part of the full experience.
Every family participates by teaching, assisting, or helping in support roles.
Parents rotate based on strengths, interests, and comfort levels.
No one teaches alone; there’s always a partner or helper.
Parents stay on-site the entire co-op session.
Our classes are interest-led and enrichment-based, not curriculum-focused. Each semester, parents submit class ideas they feel excited about teaching. The leadership team organizes the schedule based on available volunteers, age groups, and family interests. Past and potential classes include art, science experiments, PE, nature studies, finances, sign language, literature, life skills, and more.
